Change to Netverdix Payment Policy to Non U.S. based panel members:
It has been brought to our attention that high fees for cashing or depositing checks outside of the United States has made it difficult for our International panelists to take full advantage of their survey earnings. As a result of these concerns, we have decided to phase out the check payment option for our panelists living outside of the United States and move exclusively to a Paypal payment.
All studies taken November 1, 2009 and thereafter by our panelists NOT residing in the United States will receive payment only via their Paypal accounts. CHECK PAYMENT IS NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR ANY PANELIST RESIDING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Please log-in to your Netverdix Panelist Account and update your payment information by providing your Paypal email address. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may open one for free at www.paypal.com.
To keep your account active after November 1, 2009, you will need to have a valid Paypal email address on file with Netverdix.
Netverdix truly values your inclusion in our Panel Community and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to your future participation in our studies.

Dear Netverdix Panel Member;
Netverdix is pleased to announce that we are now offering PayPal as a payment option.
Currently members are paid monthly by check drawn on a U.S. bank and paid in U.S. funds. This option is still available and unless you change your payment preference to PayPal this is how you will continue to receive incentive earnings. Payments will still be processed monthly whether by check or PayPal.
If you wish to begin receiving your incentive earnings via PayPal you need to log-in to your Netverdix account and change the payment option setting listed in the "My Details" tab of your personal panelist page.
Once you have logged-in, click on the "My Details" tab. This will take you to the area that contains your name and address information. Contained in this section is the payment option question. If you wish to change to the PayPal payment option select "By PayPal" and enter the email address that is associated to your PayPal account. You must have a valid PayPal account in order to receive PayPal payments. If you are not signed up with PayPal, please feel free to vist their website (https://www.paypal.com) and open an account.
The deadline to make a change for the next payment processing cycle is July 5, 2008. Changes to your preferences made after July 5 will apply to the next payment cycle.
In order to make this change, July payment processing will be delayed by one week. All May survey incentives will be paid in the July payment cycle.
Drawing entries for this cycle will be processed on July 1, 2008. Drawing winning payments will still be paid via check and a valid mailing address is still required to be a Netverdix panel member.

Dear Netverdix Panel Member;
We wish to thank you for being an active and responsive member of the Netverdix online panel community.
We have begun processing payments for all survey rewards earned in December. Payments will be mailed no later than February 8, 2008. Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery.
We have also notified the winners of our January drawing and will be updating the winning names on our website. All winners must verify their mailing address information before checks can be sent.
We would like to remind all our panel members that our payments are mailed to the address with which you registered. Because our payments are made by check, it is very important that all address information be correct and up-to-date.
If you need to update your address information, please log-in to your Netverdix account using your email address and the password you chose.
We recently ran a survey on politics and thought you may be interested in some of the results.
- We asked our panel members to rate the importance of 15 major political issues. Of these 15 issues, the economy was considered the most important issue with over 80% of our members ranking it as “extremely important”.
- 57% of the members who took our study rated the current state of the economy as “poor” (based on a four point rating scale of Excellent, Good, Fair and Poor).
- We asked our members to select the number one issue in the 2008 presidential election from a list of 15 major political issues. The economy was the top choice with over 27% of the panel selecting it as the number one issue. The Iraq War was the second choice with 19% of our members selecting it.
Please remember that Netverdix reports our survey results on an aggregated basis. Each response is combined with the responses of other, similar, panel members and the whole group’s information is reported in summary.

To the Netverdix Panel Community,
The success of our community depends on the honest and truthful answers of our panel members. A review of our recent studies has indicated that a number of our members are not answering the survey questions with the honesty and integrity we have come to expect from our panel members.
We value the time and effort that most of you give providing us with your honest opinions. To protect the integrity of our panel we are constantly monitoring all of our surveys to make sure that all of our panelists are providing answers that are up to our community’s high standards. We are always reluctant to label any of our panelists as providing false data but by joining our panel you have agreed to provide accurate and truthful answers. Failure to provide accurate and truthful information can and will result in removal from the Netverdix panel community.
Additionally, we have advanced monitoring tools which check our database regularly. While we do allow for multiple sign-ups per household, we frequently check our database to make sure those sign-ups are not fraudulent. Participation in the Netverdix panel and in any surveys sent by Netverdix is limited to one account per person. Any duplicate and/or multiple accounts are subject to immediate removal and cancellation from the Netverdix panel community.
